For the past 25 years, OneHSN has been a technology partner with governments ministries and agencies, local and regional municipalities and service agencies to support system-wide service integration so residents can get the services they need, when they need them in the most effective and efficient manner possible. His core skills are vision, strategy and leadership. Jason has served as board director for organizations in IT innovation, social services, public utilities and economic development. He has also served as university governor and became an elected official which afforded him a unique perspective of the complex challenges communities and governments face in delivering public services.

A leader with a unique combination of strategic leadership and business acumen gained through over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Previously, Kathryn worked as the Director of Children’s Services for the Niagara Region, responsible for vision, strategy and direction of over 10,000 licensed child care spaces and managing a $35 Million annual budget. Prior to that, she was the Manager for Marketing and Sales at Canadian Pacific Railway, responsible for portfolio of >$40 Million annual revenue consisting of large multi-national manufacturers with complex supply chain issues.
